Rubbish Collection Scheme
Introducing our new initiative to enhance our services and promote a cleaner, more sustainable environment for all our valued customers.
For the 2025 planting season and onwards, we will be offering an optional rubbish collection service for our customers, where we take back our own pots & trays from plants delivered.
This service will be provided on a per plant basis, and a small fee of $0.10 (10 cents) per plant will be charged for each collection. Invoicing for the rubbish collection will be based off the total number of plants on each invoice and shown with the other costs.
Our current recycling process is costly and involves chipping the plastic waste through our chipper machine. These small plastic chips are then recycled back into culvert drains and boards for benching systems. Thanks to Future Post, we are able to invest our recycled plastic back into our nursery practices. https://www.futurepost.co.nz/recycling-partners
To participate in this scheme, we ask that you opt in via the form below indicating your agreement to opt in. Customers who choose to opt in will have their rubbish/pots & trays collected and worked in with our regular truck/logistics schedule as best suits. We ask that for collection, they are gathered together and in a reasonable location that our trucks are able to access.
We believe this initiative will provide added convenience while helping to maintain a clean and tidy environment. If you have any questions or require further details, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your continued support.
Rubbish Collection Scheme Opt In Form
Please note that only customers who opt in to the scheme will have their rubbish collected. If we do not receive a submitted opt in form from you, we will assume that you have chosen not to participate, and as such, your rubbish will not be collected by our team.
